Qualifications

• Experience working as a Building Surveyor within housing or asset management environments.
• Ability to write clear, detailed technical reports.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Leads with the delivery of planned and reactive works.
• Project manage complex works, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Investigate and respond to service complaints, providing clear recommendations.

Skills

Knowledge of contract administration

Strong IT skills

Education

Relevant surveying qualification or equivalent experience

RICS or CIOB membership (or working towards)
