Responsibilities

• Perform PPM works on ACUs, FCUs, and plant rooms to ensure operational efficiency.
• Carry out reactive maintenance and resolve breakdown issues promptly.
• Maintenance work on heating and ventilation systems.
• Conduct fault finding and diagnostic work to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience working in plant rooms.
• Previous experience in similar roles such as Multi Skilled Engineer, AC engineer, Facilities maintenance engineer.
