About the Client

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing global executive search and consulting firm as a key role within their People team. You will be joining a collaborative, fast-paced London office on a fixed-term basis as they embark on a period of huge growth.

About the Role

VWA have worked with this exciting firm for over 10 years and are recruiting a Human Resources Manager role sitting within the expanding People team. The role will report directly into the Chief People Officer in the US, allowing for fantastic exposure. You will work with leaders and other team members on a wide variety of people-related initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Provide HR expertise to the executive search team by addressing workplace concerns and guiding managers through performance, behaviour, and team dynamic challenges.
  • Work with leaders to drive meaningful performance discussions, objective setting, and feedback.
