We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by driving HR initiatives and supporting business performance across the organisation.
You will work closely with and support the Head of HR and HR Team to develop and deliver HR initiatives to support business objectives. To provide proactive, commercially driven HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the business.
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the HR Director.
We are after someone who brings both strategic insight and hands‑on HR expertise. You’ll be confident influencing and developing stakeholder relationships, solving problems, and driving change. Previous experience of working on and delivering projects or supporting a business transformation would be very helpful.
