A forward-thinking company in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR professional to support managers, particularly in the Real Estate team. The successful candidate will manage the employee lifecycle and advise on HR matters, alongside training managers on best practices. Strong communication skills and a CIPD qualification are essential. The role offers a hybrid working model with occasional travel to West Yorkshire offices.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a key role in supporting managers in the business, with a particular focus on assisting managers in the Real Estate team and in shaping and delivering HR services. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a professional, forward‑thinking environment. Whilst offering the benefit of hybrid working, the successful candidate will also be required to travel to all its West Yorkshire based offices periodically.
