You’ll build desktop robotic process automation flows using Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Anthropic Claude Cowork to streamline manual workflows.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Automate end‑to‑end Power Automate workflows using cloud/desktop flows and process mining to streamline approvals, document handling, data processing, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
  • Create AI‑driven copilots in Copilot Studio that orchestrate multi‑step processes, integrate with enterprise systems, and reduce manual administrative effort.
  • Use Claude Cowork for rapid desktop automation, delegating tasks such as file organisation, call tracking, data extraction, and report generation through autonomous multi‑step execution.

Skills And Experience:

  • Microsoft Power Automate expert: PL-400 or PL-600 certified expert with a track record of creating workflow automations.
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio: design and deploy business process agents combining low‑code AI orchestration, multi‑step workflow automation, and seamless integration across desktop and Microsoft 365 apps.
  • Claude Code and Cowork: Expertise in deploying Claude Cowork autonomous desktop‑automation workflows by leveraging its ability to organise files, extract and process data, execute multi‑step tasks, and navigate the UI like a human to automate complex operational work tasks.
  • Driven: Works well under pressure at a pace, has the ability to problem solve and remains focused during times of challenge and ambiguity
  • Adapting to Change: Demonstrates openness and a positive attitude to change and embraces new processes, systems, and ways of working when appropriate.
  • Forward Thinking: Keeps an interest on latest ideas, trends and processes on how to efficiently use new tech tools
  • Collegiate Team Player: Thrives in collaborative environments, adds value to team dynamics, and consistently provides positive help and support to teamwork and aids team culture.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seeks stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement. Proposes adjustments to procedures based on learned experiences and outcomes. Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance the value of services

We offer all employees a comprehensive benefits package that focuses on their whole well-being. This includes hybrid working, a base salary up to £60k, 8% pension, 25 days holiday, and a tightly knit, people-first, professional working culture.

Career progression paths are actively offered, as this is a very visible role that can lead to a financial services mortgage or protection advisor role.
