A local charity organization in Redhill is seeking a candidate to assist in delivering high-quality care and learning opportunities for young learners. This role demands support for personal and social development, with a focus on inspiring learners to reach their outcomes. The position offers benefits like free gym membership and parking, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

The salary range for this role is £10.91 to £12.21 per hour based on a 32 hour working week.

The purpose of this role is to assist the Hub Disability Leader in delivering high quality care, stimulating and engaging learning opportunities to Learners attending our Alternative Provision.
The successful candidate will inspire our learners by supporting them to achieve their learning outcomes which contribute to personal and social development. They will also be expected to assist in identifying areas of development and recording evidence for learning progression with recognition of outcomes achieved.
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 8.30am-3.30pm
