HSE Specialist
Location: Hull, UK

We are seeking an experienced HSE Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping our HSE culture and strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead HSE initiatives that drive employee engagement and improve performance.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, particularly within the wind industry.
  • Develop and implement project-specific HSE plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
  • Conduct site safety walks, behavioural safety assessments, and in-house training.
  • Perform audits to support business management systems and ISO certification.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring timely reporting and follow-up.
  • Support awareness campaigns and broader HSE initiatives across the business.
Qualifications & Experience
  • NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years\' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • GWO Basic Safety Training (desirable).
