  • Support HR team and faculty in the HR System (ERP).
  • Collaborate with IT to resolve login issues.
  • Log and manage change requests with the Senior HR Systems Analyst.
  • Provide high-quality user support.
  • Identify and troubleshoot HCM technical issues.
