• Act as a change agent, partnering with managers and partners to provide strategic HR advice and solutions.
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and policy interpretation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead on immigration matters, secondments, and operational HR processes including payroll and HRIS coordination.
• Promote health and wellbeing initiatives and contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
