Job summary

A caring organization in Tees Valley is seeking an experienced HR Services Officer to provide high-quality advice on visa sponsorship and employee relations. The role involves administering HR processes, managing cases, and supporting line managers across a variety of HR functions. Candidates should be CIPD Level 3 qualified or have relevant experience, with strong communication and compliance knowledge. This is a 12-month fixed term hybrid role, allowing for a balance between office and remote work.

Qualifications

  • Qualified to CIPD Level 3 or 2 years of experience in a related HR role.
  • Experience in providing employee relations advice to line managers.
  • Knowledge of employee relation legislation and its practical application.

Responsibilities

  • Administer visa sponsorship processes and ensure compliance.
  • Respond to visa sponsorship and right to work queries.
  • Manage employee relations cases from initial contact to closure.
  • Provide HR Admin support for operational changes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies.
