The Priory Learning Trust are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and solution focused HR School Business Partner. This is a pivotal role where you will work closely with our Headteachers and senior leaders to deliver high quality HR advice lead on casework and drive organisational change. Your expertise will contribute towards a proactive and timely values led HR service that supports our academies to raise outcomes for our children.
You will be joining us at an exciting time as we work collaboratively with nine schools from CSET in South Gloucestershire with an aim to join together to form the Pathway Trust in the future.
The successful candidate will work 37 hours per week all year round working in and with our schools across North Somerset and Somerset and based at the HR central team office at Worle Community School – an Academy.

This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity.
