Qualifications

• Experience of working within the NHS in an HR role.
• Experience of developing HR policies and procedures within the NHS/public sector.
• Experience of developing and delivering HR training.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the revision and updating of key NHSE/I policies.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for HR policies.
• Support line managers with HR advice.
• Lead on employee relations case work.

Education
