About the Role

We're recruiting for a skilled and experienced HR Officer to support our busy HR Team within Education Services. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality HR support and guidance and have proven experience of improving HR service delivery, we want to hear from you.

The role includes
  • Providing expert HR guidance to Heads of Establishment across the city
  • Managing complex cases in a unionised environment
  • Supporting and advising a team of HR Advisors
  • Leading and contributing to HR service improvement initiatives
  • Promoting best practice through training delivery and helping to shape policy development
What you'll bring
  • Broad HR experience with an emphasis on complex case management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven digital literacy and data analysis capabilities
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and customer-focused service delivery
