Overview

We are now looking for an HR Officer who will be integral in creating an environment in which our staff can thrive. This is an exciting time to join St Cross, as we launch our 2025-28 strategy, with clear aspirations to enhance our College, and ensure all members of our team are supported and empowered to deliver the very best experience for all at St Cross.

We're looking for someone who will put people at the heart of all we do, leading on delivery of a range of HR initiatives, and supporting University of Oxford policy and processes locally in a friendly college environment. Our ideal candidate will be qualified or working towards CIPD graduate level, have excellent interpersonal skills, and an enthusiasm to work in a varied, fast-paced and engaging environment.
