A recruitment agency in Newry is seeking an experienced HR Officer to manage all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have proven HR Generalist experience, relevant qualifications, and excellent communication skills. This part-time role offers a salary of up to £35,000 full-time equivalent.

Summary
VANRATH are delighted to partner with a client in Newry, who are seeking an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.

  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist role, with hands‐on experience in recruitment and employee relations.
  • CIPD qualification or actively working towards one.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, NI employment legislation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.

  • Support development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
