A leading facility management company in the UK seeks an experienced HR Advisor to provide expert advice, manage employee relations, and support HR processes. The candidate should have strong advisory skills, a solid understanding of employment law, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The role involves fostering a positive workplace culture and handling sensitive information with discretion. An HR qualification or one in progress is preferred, and the company is committed to inclusivity and support for diverse candidates.
This is a hands‑on, operationally‑focused role where you will work closely with managers to influence decisions, foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with both legal requirements and company standards.
You will also play a key part in supporting organisational change, managing employee relations matters with discretion, and acting as a trusted HR partner to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
