A prominent company in sport and entertainment is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to manage HR support for their UK business. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with UK employment law, handling employee relations, and supporting the TUPE process. You will support lead on all aspects of HR operations for the UK business while aligning with Legends' global HR strategy. This is a hands-on role, balancing strategic input with operational delivery, and requires a strong understanding of UK employment law, HR best practice, and people management. The role will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, driving engagement, compliance, and organisational growth.
This role will cover the South Region, and while London is a key hub, we are happy to consider applications from talented professionals based outside of London to include Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and Buckinghamshire.
