Job summary

A community-focused organization in Scotland is seeking a Human Resources Manager. This part-time role, operating on a hybrid basis, involves supporting employees in L'Arche Edinburgh and Highland. You will ensure compliance with HR legislation, manage employee relations, and provide guidance to community leaders. The ideal candidate will have HR experience, understanding of L'Arche values, and a CIPD level 5 qualification. Salary ranges from £28,607.66 to £30,357.60 pro rata after the second year, with applications encouraged before the closing date of January 5, 2026.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in HR, especially with employee relations casework.
  • Proven experience managing full employee life cycle processes.
  • Ability to act as Lead Countersignatory with Scottish Social Services Council.

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective HR support to all employees in the L'Arche Communities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and Safer Recruitment.
  • Supervise training coordinators and coach managers on HR topics.

Skills
