We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to join Omnicom Production London, providing practical, people-focused HR leadership across the full employee lifecycle: partnering with managers and leaders, guiding employee relations, overseeing HR operations, managing payroll and benefits, delivering learning and development, and driving employee engagement. In this hands‑on role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing fair, consistent, and legally compliant guidance while leading initiatives that the employee experience, support continuous improvement, and help build a high‑performance, inclusive culture in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
HR Advice & Business Partnering
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing practical, timely HR guidance
  • Partner with managers on team structure, performance, and people‑related decision‑making
  • Coach managers through sensitive or complex people matters with a fair and human‑centric approach
  • Drive improvements in the employee experience, engagement, and retention
  • Champion wellbeing, inclusion, and collaboration initiatives
Employee Relations
  • Manage employee relations matters including grievance, disciplinary, performance, capability probation, redundancy, and TUPE processes
  • Ensure ER matters are handled in line with UK employment law, internal policy, and agency values
  • Support organisational change initiatives and consultation processes
HR Operations, Payroll & Benefits
  • Oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, annual reviews, and compliance
  • Oversee monthly payroll processes and partner with Finance and payroll providers as needed
  • Administer employee benefits, pensions, and family leave processes
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and employee records
Learning, Development & Engagement
  • Manage performance review processes, goal setting, and development planning
  • Design and deliver learning and development initiatives that support skills growth and career pathways
  • Support apprenticeship and early talent initiatives
Compliance, Reporting & Improvement
  • Maintain up‑to‑date HR policies, processes, and documentation in line with UK employment law and best practice
  • Ensure compliance with right‑to‑work and other statutory requirements
  • Provide HR insights and data to support people and workforce decisions
  • Continuously improve HR processes and the overall employee experience
Requirements
  • Strong HR generalist experience in a fast‑paced environment, ideally within advertising, media, or a creative industry
  • Proven experience managing employee relations cases with a fair, compliant, and people‑first approach
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Analytical and organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable balancing operational HR delivery with broader people initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust at all levels

CIPD Level 5 or higher (or equivalent) preferred
