Executive Assistant to the Dean – London, NW1 4SA

Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional organisation skills? We are looking to appoint a professional, proactive and personable Executive Assistant (EA) to the Dean of London Business School.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality, comprehensive support to the Dean in his role as the School's Chief Executive Officer, managing his schedule, correspondence, meetings, travel and external engagements.
  • Lead the two‑person Dean’s Office and line‑manage the Executive Assistant in the Dean’s Office.
  • Organise the Dean’s schedule in line with the School’s immediate and long‑term priorities.
  • Plan and organise all aspects of overseas trips, including briefings, information and logistics for meetings, events and travel.
  • Project a positive, professional image for the Dean’s Office and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Dean in managing multiple urgent tasks, flagging priorities and following up as necessary.
  • Proof‑read correspondence to be issued by the Dean, ensuring it conforms to the School’s brand and style guidelines.
