35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Our Business Team consists of approximately 1,900 people based throughout our global network of offices. As Global HR Lead for the Business Team, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across our global Business Team functions. You will support the Global Head of Talent Management to drive the people agenda, aligning HR strategy with business goals, and leading initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and promote a collaborative culture. This role is pivotal in shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and agile workforce within a complex, matrixed professional services environment.

The Candidate
The job holder will have a high level of energy, drive and commerciality combined with the presence and credibility to deal with a discerning audience. They will be flexible and adaptable in their approach, in order to manage the needs of their clients who are across multiple time zones. They will demonstrate a collaborative style and will work as an effective team member who is able to build a network of credible relationships internally and externally.
