A leading global law firm is seeking a Global HR Lead for the Business Team to drive HR strategy and support business goals. This role involves advising senior leadership, managing talent development, and aligning HR initiatives with business priorities. The ideal candidate will have significant HR experience in a professional services sector, proven senior-level capability, and be CIPD qualified. Flexible working arrangements available.
35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Our approach to hybrid working allows for up to 40% of time working from home and 60% working in the office, please contact a member of the recruitment team to discuss further. Our Business Team consists of approximately 1,900 people based throughout our global network of offices. As Global HR Lead for the Business Team, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders across our global Business Team functions. You will support the Global Head of Talent Management to drive the people agenda, aligning HR strategy with business goals, and leading initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent development, and promote a collaborative culture. This role is pivotal in shaping a high-performance, inclusive, and agile workforce within a complex, matrixed professional services environment.
