BAT UK IS LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL GRADUATE IN HUMAN RESOURCES WITH A FOCUS ON TALENT, ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS AND INCLUSION

It's an 18-month fast-track development programme to a management role for high potential fresh graduates and young professionals. The aim is to raise future leaders of the BAT Human Resources Team. Our Graduate Programme in HR helps you to develop exceptional skills with understanding of the dynamics of the markets we operate in and how BAT HR practices are performed, focusing on Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, Performance & Learning, or Organizational Effectiveness to drive outstanding business results.

  • Location: London, United Kingdom
  • Reports to: Various managers during rotations, 1 mentor throughout the programme
  • Reporting Level: Manages self – no direct reports
  • Geographic Scope: Western Europe

What are we looking for?

  • Someone who is looking for an international career in HR
  • Speak English fluently (both written and spoken)
  • Have a university degree (HR/Business Administration/Psychology or similar, with maximum 3 years since graduation) and meaningful work experience in HR
  • Have leadership skills demonstrated through professional experience or extra-curricular activities
  • Are curious, adventurous, innovative and passionate about challenges with a growth mindset and drive for continuous improvement
  • Have strong analytical skills
  • Have a drive for excellence: high quality expectations, proactive, comfortable handling ambiguity and influencing a wide range of partners
  • Demonstrate an appetite for continuous learning and developing new skills
  • Take initiative and communicate clearly
