Job Description

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a nationally recognised public body in Bedfordshire for a HR Data Insights and Rewards Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This senior HR role will lead on pay, reward, workforce analytics, and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and strategic alignment with business goals.

This is a highly visible position where you’ll manage a small team, work closely with the HR leadership and finance teams, and drive HR digital transformation projects that directly influence organisational performance and employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of HR specialists (Reward & Benefits Advisor and HR Data & MI Analyst).
  • Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and a high-performance culture.
  • Maintain job architecture and pay structures, ensuring compliance and internal equity.
  • Lead the annual pay review process from modelling to delivery.
  • Manage benefits contracts and oversee terms and conditions updates.
  • Handle ad hoc market benchmarking and reward analysis requests.
  • Design, develop, and maintain workforce and pay analytics dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of HR data.
  • Manage the Remuneration and Staff Report for the organisation’s Annual Accounts.
  • Maintain and configure HR systems, ensuring seamless integration with payroll and finance.
  • Drive HR system enhancements to improve reporting and analytics capabilities.
  • Ensure robust data privacy and system security.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Technology.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights to support decision-making.
  • Partner with the wider HR leadership team to deliver transformation and value through data.
Qualifications

Essential :

  • Proven experience in HR data, reward, or analytics leadership roles.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, data structures, and workforce analytics tools.
  • Experience delivering annual pay review and reward cycles.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable :

  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
  • Experience in the public or not-for-profit sector.
  • CIPD or equivalent HR qualification.
