The role
  • Support the day‑to‑day HR function in a fast‑paced environment
  • Collate absence data and assist with the absence management process
  • Coordinate the leaver process
  • Provide HR administration support, including arranging investigatory, disciplinary and grievance meetings
  • Support recruitment activity when required
  • Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and filing processes
  • Manage daily HR administration tasks, ensuring GDPR compliance
The person
  • Some experience within an HR department
  • A confident communicator able to build relationships with managers
  • Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self‑motivated and confident using own initiative
  • Positive, can‑do attitude with a quality and customer‑focussed approach
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using HR systems
