Interim HR Change Partners
UK-based | 4+ months | £600/day outside IR35 | Hybrid - 3 days a week in London | immediate start

Altum Consulting is partnering with a global organisation as they enter the critical execution phase of an organisational restructure. We are looking for an experienced HR consultant to partner with the leadership team and provide hands-on delivery support of the people change programme.

What you'll do
  • Partner with leadership in delivering restructuring activities eg. changes to reporting lines or redundancies.
  • Support line managers with conversations, transitions, and advertising/recruiting new roles.
  • Coordinate regional teams to ensure they deliver to plan.
  • Provide coaching, diary scheduling, and HR admin management.
What we need
  • Strong HR background with hands-on change and restructuring experience.
  • Exposure to collective consultation and organisational change.
  • Practical, delivery-focused mindset - a "doer" not just a planner.
  • Confident supporting senior stakeholders and coaching managers through the change.
  • Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with resource-stretched teams.
