A leading defense and engineering firm in Walsall seeks an HR Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives and enhance employee experience. Responsibilities include leading HR operations, advising senior management, and building productive relationships with trade unions. As an HR Business Partner, you'll be a key driver of strategic and operational people solutions, directly influencing business performance and employee experience. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced, unionised production environment, where your expertise will shape workforce development, support bid strategies and foster collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation.
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with three to four days on-site and up to two days from home.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Check (SC) / NPPV2 (Met Police Clearance) security clearance for this role.
