Overview

The Role: HR Business Partner - HR Generalist

Location: London (North London)

Salary Circa £55k-£60k (+ company bens)

The Company

Our client is a successful operator in the environmental energy sector, looking for an accomplished HR Generalist to join their energy business during a considerable transformation project

The Role
  • As our HR Business Partner you will report to our Head of HR, providing pragmatic and comprehensive HR advice in a fast-paced environment.
  • As HR Business Partner you will build credible relationships across the business unit, promoting best management practice through coaching and support, and you will provide HR expertise with a commercial outlook.
  • You will work with the senior team to develop their talent and succession planning across the business unit.
  • As our HR Business Partner you will build relationships with line managers to drive cultural change and embed a productive, supportive and dynamic culture.
  • As our HR Generalist you will work with the team in supporting the full recruitment process and onboarding of all new staff.
  • You will play an active role in supporting and implementing new HR initiatives as required.
The Successful Candidate - Qualifications, Experience And Attributes
  • The successful candidate will ideally have CIPD HR accreditation or equivalent.
  • Experience within renewables, engineering, manufacturing, logistics or warehousing is advantageous but not essential.
  • You will have the ability to juggle changing priorities with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Experience of managing cultures and making change happen.
  • You will have the ability to build trust, respect and openness.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience in employee relations, recruitment, succession planning, and change management.
  • The successful candidate will be enthusiastic with an innovative, adaptable, professional and dedicated attitude.
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and hold a high standard of personal accountability for the quality of your work.
