An inclusive multi-academy trust is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle. The role requires substantial operational HR experience, including advising and coaching senior staff, as well as managing the HR Advisory team. We are now looking to appoint an experienced, dynamic and values-driven HR Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders, Headteachers and line managers to provide expert, pragmatic HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. The post holder will line manage the HR Advisory team and support delivery of people-related projects as assigned by the Head of HR, and will support our mission to deliver high-quality education and improve outcomes for all young people across our schools.
