A leading consulting and managed services provider is seeking an HR Benefits Analyst in Northampton. The role involves managing employee benefits and pensions using Workday and requires strong HR experience. Candidates must demonstrate analytical skills and have a background in UK pensions administration. This is a 12-month fixed term contract requiring onsite work for three days a week.

We are seeking a Benefits Analyst with hands-on operational HR experience to join our team. This role requires someone who has worked within an HR function and has direct experience managing pensions and employee benefits, particularly through Workday.
The individual will also have strong analytical skills and a passion for data. You’ll play a key role in supporting benefits operations, testing system changes, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve queries.

This is a fixed term role based in Northampton. As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office aligns to what our client’s policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
