Overview

HR Assistant - Redundancy & TUPE (Fixed Term)

Location: Maidstone (with travel across the Southeast)
Contract: Full-time, 3 months (initial), starting early October - potential extension
Company vehicle provided for travel

DNA Recruitment are working with a respected client in the healthcare sector to appoint an HR Assistant on a fixed-term basis. This role will play a key part in delivering a redundancy and TUPE project across their business, supporting both employees and managers through a sensitive period of change.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver redundancy and TUPE processes in line with legal and policy requirements
  • Lead employee communications, documentation, and consultation activities with professionalism and empathy
  • Support line managers with the practical aspects of implementation
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure administration is completed efficiently
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, offering guidance and reassurance
  • Assist the wider HR function with day-to-day activities where needed
About You
  • Proven experience handling redundancy and TUPE processes is essential
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in managing sensitive conversations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to travel across sites in the South East (full UK driving licence required)
