A national training provider is looking for a Skills Coach to support HR apprentices. This role involves coaching and guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, ensuring quality delivery and tracking progress effectively. Candidates should have experience in a coaching or assessor role, with relevant HR qualifications and a focus on learner development. The position is largely remote, offering flexibility while making a meaningful difference to aspiring HR professionals.

The primary focus of this role is to coach, develop, and support HR apprentices as they progress through their apprenticeship standards. You will work closely with learners and employers to plan on-programme learning, track progress, prepare apprentices for end-point assessment (EPA), and ensure high-quality delivery.
This is a predominantly remote role, with occasional pre-agreed visits to learners or employers as needed.
