Overview

Our financial services client is seeking a proactive and detail driven HR Advisor to join the Human Resources team as they are growing. Working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider Global HR function, this role will support the full employee lifecycle within a regulated financial services environment, ensuring smooth onboarding, robust HR processes and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, references and system updates
  • Provide day-to-day HR advisory support to employees and managers
  • Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems (e.g. Workday) and produce HR reports
  • Support probation processes, employee changes and HR documentation
  • Coordinate mandatory training, inductions and compliance requirements
  • Assist with qualifications, CPD and professional membership administration
  • Support HR projects, audits and wider people initiatives as required
About You

Up to 7 years’ experience in a generalist HR or HR Advisor role

CIPD qualified (or working towards)

Financial services sector knowledge preferred

Highly organised, proactive and confident working with stakeholders at all levels
