Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing employee relations casework.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law.
  • Skilled in HR policy and procedure implementation.
  • Excellent communicator at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations casework including disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Provide ER support during organisational change.
  • Advise managers on employee relations and policy applications.
  • Collaborate with HR team and internal partners.
