Key responsibilities include providing employee relations guidance, training workshops for managers, and supporting change initiatives. We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team that will support our Care division; this is a remote role with the requirement for national travel to services as required. It is a fantastic time to join supportive and experienced team, reporting into the HR Business Partner with a strong working relationship with the Regional Operations teams.
You will provide guidance, support and coaching to managers in the region with regards HR policy and procedures, creating consistency, best practice and supporting colleague engagement initiatives.
An experienced HR Advisor who is used to working remotely and providing advice and guidance across multiple services. You will be Level 3 CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience), with a good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
