Job summary

We\'re working with a fantastic client looking to urgently hire a proactive, people-focused HR Adviser to join their close-knit team.

This is a generalist role, offering end-to-end HR support across the full employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory support across a high-volume portfolio.
• Manage ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance.
• Support organisational change (e.g. TUPE, redundancies, restructures).
• Produce meaningful HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.
• Coach and upskill managers on best-practice people management.

What We\'RE Looking For

• Proven HR Advisory experience
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Confident handling complex ER cases with a focus on early resolution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
