Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager to continue to review and develop service delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR queries.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support onboarding processes including RTW, DBS and references.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Provide note-taking and admin support for HR processes.
  • Liaise with payroll and internal stakeholders.
  • Support recruitment activity.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with CQC regulations.

Day to Day – Care and Compliance Team

Responsible for: Supporting and working with the HR Manager and the HR team at 3HUB to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services both to the internal team and to a rapidly growing community of independent case managers and their directly employed care support teams.

Work Location

Remote – homeworking

Tasks Include
  • Supporting the HR Manager to continue to review and develop service delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, escalating complex matters to the HR Manager.
  • Support the full employee lifecycle offers, contracts, amendments, annual leave, sickness, leavers and general HR queries.
  • Support onboarding processes including RTW, DBS and references.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
  • Provide note‑taking and admin support for disciplinaries, grievances and other formal HR processes.
  • Liaise with payroll, deputies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Support recruitment activity where required (shortlisting, interview coordination, onboarding).
  • Working closely with compliance and the registered manager to ensure all HR processes are compliant with CQC regulations.
About you
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience, including employee relations.
  • CIPD Level 3 desirable or working towards it.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
