A leading infrastructure company in the UK seeks an experienced HR Adviser for a fixed-term maternity cover contract starting mid-March 2026. This onsite role at Hinkley Point C involves delivering pragmatic HR advice, supporting managers, and influencing strategic projects. Fully embedded in the Turnbull Infrastructure and Utilities team, you'll influence key decisions, support strategic projects, and attend regular leadership meetings during an exciting period of growth. While this is a standalone role onsite at Hinkley Point C (HPC), you'll have the backing of an experienced HR Business Partner and a collaborative People team to help you succeed.
Please note that this is a fixed term maternity cover contract opportunity starting from mid-March 2026. This role requires the successful applicant to travel to the HPC site 3 days a week, as well as to our sites in Bridgwater, Bath and Nailsea regularly.
As this role is based on a Nuclear New Build, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a full BPSS Security Clearance. This is part of the standard vetting procedures for all HPC embedded employees.
