About the role :
The HR Advisor will be the first point of contact for all HR queries and provide a comprehensive generalist HR advisory and support, with duties including :
- Employee Relations case management, investigations, disciplines & grievances, sickness absence, performance improvement, restructuring activities, coaching managers and key stakeholder on people management
