Overview

HR Advisor – Full-time, in person. Location: Bournemouth Airport. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE. Apply before 22/09/2025.

Responsibilities
  • Managing all HR functions related to the pilot workforce, from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention.
  • Advising managers and pilots on HR policies, employee relations, and employment law compliance.
  • Leading initiatives to support pilot engagement, wellbeing, and performance.
  • Coordinating pilot-specific HR processes, ensuring alignment with aviation regulations and operational requirements.
  • Contributing to wider HR strategy, workforce planning, and organisational development.

What We’re Looking For
