We are looking for a detail‑oriented and organised HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of our HR department.

Duties And Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day‑to‑day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating databases and handling documentation
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring prompt and professional responses
  • Utilising HRIS tools to input and manage employee data, generate reports and maintain data accuracy
  • Assisting in the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of HR events and initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
Person Specification

We Are Looking For Someone Who Embodies The Following

  • Proven experience in an HR Administrator or Coordinator role is essential
  • Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Tech‑savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools and processes
  • A strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and support others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across the organisation
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Desirable Requirements
  • Previous experience using HRIS tools is advantageous
  • Familiarity with managing the onboarding process, particularly in fast‑paced environments with high volumes of new hires
Position Details
  • Type of employment: Fixed‑Term Contract from January 2025 to the end of July 2025
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM). Part‑time options with a minimum of 32 hours per week will be considered
  • Salary: up to £30,000 per annum (pro‑rata), depending on experience
  • Location: Based at our Oxford office (OX4), with hybrid working options available upon agreement with HR. Free on‑site parking is available
  • Holiday Entitlement: 32 days of annual leave (pro‑rata), inclusive of bank holidays
  • Reporting: to the HR & Office Manager
