Day to day
  • Draft and update HR documents, including contracts, handbooks, policies and letters.
  • Ensure all documentation is legally compliant and consistent with current legislation.
  • Work with consultants and legal teams to clarify requirements and deliver accurate documents.
  • Manage client requests efficiently, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Keep clear, organised records of all documents produced.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider HR team where needed.
You
  • Previous experience in HR admin, legal admin, or document production.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing deadlines.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and working with templates.
  • An interest in HR and employment law, with a proactive approach to learning.
