Job summary

A public sector organisation in Northern Ireland is seeking an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Administrator to assist the HR team and manage personnel records. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs and 2 years of office experience. This temporary role offers a great opportunity to enter public service and develop valuable skills in HR administration.

About you

  • Possess at least 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, to include English and Maths
  • Have at least 2 years' experience of working in a demanding office environment, carrying out a range of business support tasks including scheduling and administrative support for meetings.
  • Can demonstrate:

a) effective planning, organisation, prioritising skills and attention to detail;
b) the ability to work individually and as part of a team;
c) effective communication skills (both oral and written);
d) an ability to produce timely and accurate information;
e) a customer service orientation.

  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced recruitment role is desirable but not essential.

What you'll do

  • Liaise with outside agencies and providers
  • Liaise with the finance team for payment of invoices
