A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Housing Reviews Officer in London to conduct housing application reviews and ensure compliance with policies. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and experience with S202 reviews. This is a 12-month interim contract.

Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Housing Reviews Officer to join our team in London.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of housing applications and cases, including S202 reviews
• Liaise with residents, colleagues, and external partners to resolve housing issues
• Ensure compliance with housing policies, legislation, and S202 review requirements
• Prepare clear and detailed reports on housing cases and reviews
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the housing service

Requirements

• Experience in housing services or related fields, with knowledge or experience of S202 reviews (essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize effectively
• Good understanding of housing law and policies in London
• Excellent organizational and report-writing abilities

Location: London

Contract Type: 12 months interim
