A not-for-profit housing association in Worcester is looking for Housing Officers to ensure properties are safe and assist tenants. Responsibilities include liaising with enforcement agencies, managing complaints, and providing resident support. Ideal candidates will have experience in social housing and knowledge of regulations. Location: Worcester
Salary: £28,063 – £34,617 per year plus £600 car allowance (pro rata)
Vacancies: 2 positions available – 32 hours per week (covering Tenbury Wells, Hereford, Malvern and Pershore) and 37.5 hours per week (covering Central Worcester, Evesham and Pershore) – Monday to Friday
We have opportunities for full and part time Housing Officers to join our Housing team based in Worcester. This will involve making sure that our properties are safe and attractive places to live and ensuring that tenancies are being conducted in a satisfactory way. These are varied opportunities that will see you managing a range of situations and helping to build key relationships between Sanctuary Housing and our tenants, while consistently working in a professional manner to resolve problems and improve services.
