We’re working with a well-established local authority client who is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Housing Lawyer with substantial experience in housing disrepair litigation. The Role
You’ll be handling housing litigation matters from start to finish, with a particular focus on disrepair cases. Your work will span the full range of housing-related issues, including:
Alongside this, you’ll provide clear, practical legal advice to colleagues and clients, support on policy matters, and represent the authority in County and Magistrates’ Courts when required.
