Job summary

A local authority recruitment agency is seeking a locum Housing & Civil Litigation Lawyer for an initial 3-month position. This role can be performed on a hybrid basis, requiring office attendance weekly or fortnightly. You will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload, including cases of possession, disrepair, anti-social behavior, and Judicial Reviews. Ideal candidates will have experience in housing law, and prior work in local government is preferred. Flexible working arrangements and a competitive hourly rate are offered.

Our client, a Local Authority based in the Southeast is seeking a locum Housing & Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their legal services team for a minimum period of 3 months, pending permanent recruitment.
