Housing Assistant (8-Week Initial Contract)

Location: Central Scotland

Salary: Grade 6 (£34'745)

A leading housing association is looking for a Housing Assistant to join their Housing Management team on an initial 8-week contract. You'll support the delivery of high-quality tenancy services, working closely with the Team Leader and Housing Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer-focused support across allocations, repairs, rent and general enquiries
  • Assist with supervising the team and ensuring strong service delivery
  • Sign up new tenants and offer clear guidance on tenancy and welfare matters
  • Handle complex enquiries and support complaint resolution
  • Produce accurate performance and progress reports
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners
  • Support service improvements and contribute to policy development
