About the Role

Are you passionate about turning data into action? Do you want to help shape services that make a real difference in people’s lives? This is your chance to be at the centre of strategic work across housing, regulatory services, domestic abuse, and community safety. You’ll lead on key data projects, including statutory returns, performance reporting, and strategic needs assessments that shape our strategies, policies and services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading data collection, analysis, and reporting for statutory and strategic purposes.
  • Collaborating with service leads to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Building dashboards and reports using systems like IDOX and MRI.
  • Ensuring data quality and compliance.
  • Presenting findings in clear, accessible formats to support decision-making.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in data analysis, ideally within housing, public protection, or local government.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with specialist databases (e.g. IDOX, MRI) is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
