About the Role

You’ll lead on key data projects, including statutory returns, performance reporting, and strategic needs assessments that shape our strategies, policies and services.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading data collection, analysis, and reporting for statutory and strategic purposes.
• Collaborating with service leads to turn data into meaningful insights.
• Building dashboards and reports using systems like IDOX and MRI.
• Ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Presenting findings in clear, accessible formats to support decision-making.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in data analysis, ideally within housing, public protection, or local government.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with specialist databases (e.g. IDOX, MRI) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex data clearly.
